Ryan Wilbee has been a dedicated advocate for employees and employers in the construction industry for over 15 years. 

With a comprehensive understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and a strong network of safety professionals, 

Ryan works tirelessly to promote safer, more efficient workplaces. He collaborates with industry leaders to identify gaps in health and safety practices, driving corrective actions that lead to sustainable improvements.

In 2019, Ryan earned his National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) Certificate, demonstrating his commitment to excellence in workplace safety. As President of the Concrete Pumping Association of Ontario, he champions industry standards and innovation.

Ryan is also deeply committed to empowering Indigenous youth by promoting careers in the skilled trades. Through mentorship and recruitment initiatives, he actively supports local Indigenous communities, helping the next generation gain valuable skills and opportunities in construction. His leadership reflects a strong dedication to fostering inclusivity, safety, and community growth across the industry.

Craig Agar, Vice President of Operations at Pumpcrete Corporation., brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in the concrete pumping industry. Throughout his career, Craig has mastered all aspects of line pumping, mobile boom pumping, and placing boom applications, earning a reputation for his expertise and dedication to excellence.

As a licensed 637C Journey Person Concrete Pump Operator, Craig is a strong advocate for safety and professionalism in the field. His commitment to advancing industry standards has led him to actively contribute to various working groups and initiatives aimed at improving safety practices and operational efficiency.

Craig’s leadership and technical knowledge continue to drive innovation and success at Pumpcrete Corporation, making him a respected figure in the concrete pumping community.

Kris Wuis is an experienced industry leader with deep roots in the concrete, stone slinger, crane, and concrete forming sectors. He is the proud owner of Motorcity Crane, Aurora Concrete Pumping, and Wuis Brothers Concrete Pumping, businesses that have been pivotal in shaping the construction landscape across Ontario.

As a second-generation owner, Kris continues the legacy of excellence established by his father and uncles when Wuis Brothers Construction Ltd. was founded in 1984. Over the years, the company has maintained a reputation for high-quality workmanship, exceptional safety standards, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. 

Today, with a second and third generation involved, Wuis Brothers remains a family-owned and operated business that values integrity, professionalism, and community.

Kris’s companies are well-regarded for providing top-tier concrete pumping services, serving clients in the Greater Toronto Area, Durham Region, the Golden Horseshoe, and across Ontario. With an extensive fleet of state-of-the-art equipment and a team of highly skilled operators, Kris ensures that every project—whether residential, commercial, or industrial—is completed with precision, efficiency, and safety. His focus on industry-leading training and client relationships has solidified his position as a trusted leader in the construction industry.

 Mark has been immersed in the concrete pumping and crane rental industry since a young age, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, who founded the business in 1962. Built on the core value of mutual respect—treating employees as family—the company has thrived, establishing itself as a leader in the Ontario and Newfoundland markets.

This philosophy of respect and teamwork continues to define the success of Pumpcrete and Modern Crane under Mark's leadership. 

Currently, Mark serves as a director of the CPAO, the Chair of the Crane Rental Association’s Future Leaders Board, and OETIO hoisting committee, demonstrating his commitment to shaping the industry's next generation. He also holds the position of Secretary at Tri-Crane and is the President of both Pumpcrete and Modern Crane, ensuring their ongoing growth and excellence.
